Its Me!

  Hello, its me, Haden Odom, and i'm back! It's been a long time since i've been on here.. Sorry i haven't been here in a long time.. I'm most delighted to be back and I have several things I'd like to address.

  First of all, I'd like to say something concerning national health care. It is absurd to think that a government that ignores the voices of its people and wasted billions on a worthless stimulus package can run health care on its own without raising taxes.  And even if by some rare miracle it does not raise taxes, national health care will not allow citizens to choose their own doctors and their own medical procedures.  This violates the citizens right to choice..

  Next, I would like to address the Town Hall meetings.  It is nice to see that we the people are finally beginning to use our voices and stand up for ourselves.  Recently, I have heard the protesters in these meeting being reffered to as members of fake astroturf political organisations.  Nothing could be further from the truth.  Those showing up at these town hall meetings are citizens who saw a chance to break their silence and use their voice, and have done so to defend their country.  And as for the accusers of these innocent citizens, the voices who say they are fake movements, I would like to remind you that Obama and his supporters cannot accuse anyone of being part of a fake movement because fake movements such as Acorn are the primary reasons why Obama is in his undeserved position as president.  If Acorn had not registered the dead and if black panther terrorists had not stayed outside the polling offices and scared away so many voters, we would not have Obama as some sort of a "president".  Obama earned his office by special interest groups, so even it some of the town hall meetings were "fake"(and they were definitely not), Obama is a hypocrite for discrediting them.

my guide to unfortunate times(2)

Hello... i'm back and writing in the most hated font ever.. did you hear there is actually a movement to ban this font(comic sans) because many experts say it's "lazy and silly" and "unproffesional"? it was in the news. Anyway, you probably dont care about that:That's not even my topic, after all! My topic this time is....... Universal health care! Yippee! i'm thrilled for it.... NOT!! under government-controlled health care, yes we can. . . . ROT!!! take a look at countries who have embraced gov't health care.. In Canada, people wait for months on a list just to see a doctor. Cancer patients have a drastically better chance.. of dying miserably.. in canada. Also, under the gov't health plan, we will have no choice as to what doctor we want to see? So, what if you've got ultricocilatitis of the anus (i made that up) and there's a specialist in ultricocilatitis just out of your district.. like 5 miles away... but your gov't says you MUST see the dentist next door. My point is, the democrats are pushing gov't health care because it is the first step in creating a socialist police state run by dictator Obama. RESIST GOV'T HEALTH CARE AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!

My Guide to Unfortunate Times

Okay, so i've diverted from my old weekly blog, I know you've probably noticed. But i decided not to call it the weekly blog, but rather the guide to unfortunate times, and i'll probably write once to thrice a month. Anyways, you didn't come here to hear me talk about my blog, but rather to hear the blog itself, eh? Well here it is.. Today, Thursday, January 22, just four days after the historic inauguration of a man who will carve the history books for the next four years, I have come to a shaking realization! The Democratic Power Players, such as Obama, Hill, and Bill are trying to push "party unity" and "making sure we don't disagree too much". What they really want is a totalitarianism: a government ruled by one elite, united party. This is OUT OF CONTROL! We must resist CENSORSHIP, SOCIALISM, TOTALITARIANISM, and leftist-tainted media. It is vital to our survival as a FREE NATION(I bet you haven't heard that phrase in a long time.. its unspoken by the liberal media). We must dissent despite censorship, own our property without government owning it, stay allied in a separate party despite totalitarianism, and beam hope to our neighbors despite the leftist media chokehold.. I propose one thing only: an alliance of Conservatives, republicans, Christians, and all dissidents to mount a strong rebellion to take control if things go overboard. We will simply refer to this alliance as the Rebel Alliance, although it will carry a more formal name of "The People's Alliance to Restore Free America"

Weekly blog!

Sorry i didnt do last weeks weekly blog i try to be punctual about that stuff.... But on to this week, and this week on with... I dont like socialism. Its unnatural, irrational, and has failed in so many countries. Most of the cause of our current economic condition in this country today has been caused by the very fear of socialism. Socialism is when a government "spreads the wealth". Barack Obama says he wants to take tazes from rich people and businesses and give to the middle class and poor. Let's analyze this for a moment: small businesses, which are already struggling, lose money to this new tax. They raise prices to protect their workers. Then the poor who just got tax returns come to the small businesses to buy stuff with their money, only to find that prices are higher and their money has become worth less than the paper its written on. Then everything fails. That is true socialism. sucks, eh? That is all for today, and i must finish tomorrow. bye.

(aside from my weekly blog) school petitioning

I have created a petition for students at my school that pleads that: 1)The student body have the right to demand any teacher they consider unfair, cruel, unjust, biased, or antichild. 2)Christmas, Easter, Thanksgiving, and other holiday celebrations may be held by teachers for their classes. 3)The student body may petition for a new rule or for the removal of an old rule, and if they gather more than 100 signatures the rule must be enforced(or removed, if the case be) 4)The students may walk any route they want to to get to lunch, as long as they do not disturb other classes or leave campus and they get to the cafeteria in a timely manner. 5)Boys will no longer be required to tuck their shirts in unless their shirt is of excessive length(covers back pockets of jeans) This petition will revolutionize the way our school is run and i am glad to say that democracy will return to school.

My Weekly Blog!

Hey peepz! Welcome to My Weekly Blog, where i take the tough issues and make them not-so-tough. Among my points today are the economy, the Educational system, and hollywood's downfall. Of late, as you know, our ecomomy has been falling rapidly. Inflation due to the very threat of socialism has occured, and it is imperative that we stay a freemarket, capitalist nation. Do that, and we will thrive! We also need to focus and setting limits for unions, who demand higher salaries for Jobs that require little attention and little work. The labor unions are the cheif cause of the economic failure of the big 3. When workers miss work and do not provide a reason for their absence, the unions protect them and demand they get paid on their absence. Labour unions are also the reason that a man who works in a factory pushing buttons all day to work a machine gets paid over fifty dollars an hour, even when he is late for work or decides to not come to work. This is the reason America's economy is ailing! We need to protest these corrupt labor unions! We must see to it that laws are set for the labor unions, or we will see a greater depression than the great one! The Educational System is getting bad also. At my school, new rules were recently set on what time classes were dismissed for lunch and by which hallways one travels to lunch. These rules were passed at a meeting at which no students or representatives of the students were present, and since they were passed, the lunchline has become longer and much more pressing. Now, instead of 2 short lines in which you stay no longer than a minute, There is one line, and you stay in it at least fifteen minutes waiting. And the lunch period now lasts only twenty minutes. I reviewed this and found that because of this and several other harsh conditions, the students need a representative in the teacher meetings. But when I discussed this matter with my principal, he was angry and said that students were not welcome at rule-making meetings. That sucks. But we the sudents have started a petition to fire that principal and some other faculty members and we have many signatures. Liberalism is strongly promoted in public schools now, also. In California, a teacher gave a kindergarten class "pledge cards" that encourage peo-homosexual behavior. In another state, A teacher was caught on tape yelling at a kid who openly supported mccain. She screamed "Obama's going to whoop Mccain's a--!". Now more than ever, change is neccesary in the school system! Now on to how hollywood is poisioning young america. It's simple, really. Hollywood is producing filthy trashy movies by the truckload! Many recent animated films produced by disney, such as 'Shark Tale', 'Shrek', 'Madagascar', and 'Horton hears a who' have many sexual references. In Shark Tale, The underlying message is that it's okay to behave as the opposite gender. In Shrek, There is foul language and references to sex. In Madagascar, The lemur is a cross-dresser. And in 'Horton hears a who', Dr. Seuss's classic tale is perverted and twisted by crude humor and several sexual references. And most all of these movies are rated G. A shame to our rating system. Celebrities are glorified in our societies, yet as they become role models to young children, they always end up on the news doing horrible, dispicable things and kids always attempt to follow after them. Celebrities never publicly pay for their sins or crimes, and kids think they can get away from them too. We must see to it that celebrities get the same legal and social treatment for bad behavior as a normal citizen. It is crucial to preserve morals in the next generation. I gotta go now. Of course, this is a discussion so feel free to comment or ask qusestions when you like. My friend, I have recently been hearing a lot about global warming an CO2 pollution. And I would like you to know that plants use CO2 to breath off of and turn it into oxygen, so that if the enviromentalists really removed a great amount of CO2 from the atmosphere, It would kill plants, reduce oxygen, and eventually kill us. Also, plants provide shade and cool when they grow. The earth has been going through a cycle of warming and cooling for years, it is a God-made natural cycle, nothing to worry about. So join the real green movement and stay out of mother nature's cycles.. We'll muff them up if we change them.. Now, onto how the Obama administration is already making a dent. Obama's policy on School Medicine is that a girl can be taken to an abortion clinic without the parent's permission, but the parents have to go through hell filling out forms just so that the school can call them every time their child needs a tylenol and ask permission. These are two measures he passed while in the senate, and they have affected me. Yesterday at school, I had a migrane, but when i asked the nurse for a tylenol, she said i had to have a parents signature because of a new law. My parents WORK OUT OF TOWN, so i had to put up with my headache all day until i becane sick to the stomach and puked. Obama made me PUKE! LITERALLY! i puked! then i said to myself,"damn, obama! I wish I was pregnant, not headaced.. then i'd get treated" and never fully got over the migrane that day. This really sucks. What sucks more is when he finally gets the presidency. I see the worst 4 years of my life coming for me, and it will cut my youth short. I would like to say something about the auto bailout. It is sick that our government gives our money to save these hogs. If they got a reasonable salary and didn't have those fancy expensive buildings built, they'd be a thriving business that needed no help. I have a suggestion. The people who stand around and push buttons all day are getting payed fifty dollars an hour. Lower their salary a bit? Stupid unions would attack you. Down with the Unions! Laziness is not America's vice. I am out of time now, so bye!
