If I am deluded for thinking I am in the majority, then why did my side win the last election, and by a wide margin? How come less than 20% of Americans will admit to being Republicans now? Seems to me that you are the one who is deluded.

The problems you see America having now - and yes, they are quite real - are the fault of Bush, not Obama! Surely you can see that? Obama came in to a done deal , with all those things already happening. You are blaming the repairman instead of the guys that broke it.

Many people have expressed concern over the experience issue. I would counter that little experience is preferable to someone whose entire experience resume is negative, as was that of George Bush. Bush failed in almost everything he attempted, and had to have his rich Daddy bail him out again and again.
Examples: He only got into Yale because of his family connections, certainly not his grades. He went AWOL in the Air National Guard, and only escaped prison due to his dad again. He failed in the oil business, and failed again when he bought a professional sports team franchise and drove it into the ground. When governor of Texas he bankrupted the state treasury and took it from being the fifth most polluted state to number one. As for what he did to America, his record stands for itself...
Point is: give me an unproven good guy over a guy whose only experience is mismanagement and destruction. Same goes for their political parties. I think you're worrying when you should be celebrating! The bad, evil guys have been tossed out on their asses. Ding-dong, the wicked witch is dead. Sounds like better times to me.

Those of us who disagree with Obama might say the same about those who seem to worship him. But this is a forum for all to express their opinions, not to be told by someone with poor grammar to keep their thoughts to themselves.

If you are not willing to read others opinions, you might want to seek a forum strictly for those who support Obama and voice opinions about him that are closer to your own.

You seem to be the only one who supports obama and can write in a civil manner. Those leftists that have been ranting make those supporting obama now to be nutcases. At one time this site had thoughtful democrats who could make a comment without the need for profanity. Those in this thread show their lack of intellect by doing so.

obama now has raised the debt more in less than a year than Bush in eight years. obama has a lower approval rating in his first year than any president in history. He is trying to force down the throats of the people a health care bill that is opposed by a majority of the people. He is backing legislation that will cause up to 2 million lose their jobs and has been shown to be a hoax, there is no man made global warming. How can you respect a man who said his administration would be transparent and one of his first acts would be to seal all his records. What is he hiding? He has spent over a million dollars fighting cases that want to see a long form birth certificate that costs $15. What is he hiding?
