Obama's campaign fund has spent around one million dollars on fighting eligibility suits according to mulitiple sources. Which may be against campaign fund laws. He is refusing to provide a birth certificate and school records. The fact he is fighting what Americans routinely do to obtain IDs and other documentation is indicative there is something he is hiding. The ANSWER I want is, Why is he fighting producing these documents?  I have asked liberals and obamamaniacs this question and none will answer it.

In California federal court today Judge Carter said the case would go forward. Soon we will know what he was hiding. He has spent 1.4 million to date keeping them hidden and an unknown amount of taxpayer money with Justice dept lawyers.

Yours was two months old. This is two months more.
Guess there's no update on the birth certificate. Are "the birthers" the people who wonder, or just the people who ask?
It's kind of puzzling why such a simple sounding question is convoluted instead of answered.

Being from Illinois I knew more of his record here and knew he would be terrible, but as you not as bad as he is. His run for the US senate here in Illinois had an illegal act perpertrated by either democrats or obama and his henchman. Sealed divorce records of Jack Ryan and his exwife actress Jeri Ryan were leaked to the press. There were accusations of sex club forays. His wife later said they were untrue and just a divorce ploy and she thought he would be a good senator but he left the race. He was favored to win the race before the scandel. This all came out 3 months before the election.

It's been going on since before 11/4/09, but thanks to media ignoring the issue, people not having enough money to pursue the issue in court, general fear of the government and Obama's team continuing to block efforts it can't gain traction very fast.

At this point even if it turns out there is no BC, I'd bet people are too apathetic to care, or they'll riot, or they'll say the Constitution is out of step, or some other bull crap. It's just another thing to add to the list for possible impeachment, assuming Republicans can get enough people on board after 2010. And yes, I'm leaning that way more and more every day. I thought he couldn't be that bad but Obama i reaching too far and out of his Constitutional bounds.

You may be tired of this issue but it is a defining point in the history of our nation. Are we going to adhere to the simple requirements put forth in the Constitution that are as important and possibly more important than the day they were written? obama is doing things that make me wonder if they are not in the best interests of our country and if he is foreign born and he is muslim it would answer why he is doing them.

Ahh, but he has not submitted an official birth certificate. And it wouldn't matter if I was the only person in the United States that voted against him if he isn't a citizen. He wouldn't be able to be president.

I don't think that you are getting the point. Let me see if I can break it down for you. I would like to point out that I am not a fan(and that's putting it mildly) of GWB before I continue, and his qualifications that you bring up are irrelevent. For many left wingers and statists, GWB's victory in 2000 was illegal for whatever reasons you may want to name; his brother, Kathleen Harris, the recount, hanging chads, fraud, whatever. Now, in this election, many on the right believe that Obama was not born in this country, or at least question his inability to produce the birth certificate in question. The people of this country who believe in the Constitution as it was written, the document that is the framework that has helped make this the greatest country in the world, said that in order to be qualified to be President of the United States, that person must be a natural born citizen of this country. So if the man was not born in this country, he cannot lead it. You do understand this, right? That is why it is important to people on the right, and the people who believe in the Constitution.

The reason why I've only responded half-assed is because I don't see the point in debating this issue any longer. I remember the first time I got into it with both you a PW on the Alan Keyes Article back in Feb. I'm not likely to do it again we all still have battle scars from that exchange, plus I was fore-warned that every few months this whole topic comes back into play. I said what I said 3 months ago and I brought up some very good points. Trying to get the hard-core republicans to realize that on this site has now gotten redundant and I'm tired of defending the president because no matter what you guys will believe what you want. Sometimes it's easier to pick your battles instead of being sucked into the foolishness. I'd rather have some fun and make a few jokes then get p*ssed off for absolutely no reason.

Plus I've gotten to the point where I'm interested in the issues. I want to hear good, concise points that do not detract from the issue at hand. To me there are bigger fish to catch and fry. Good dialoge and debate are what's needed to make a real change in Washington, politicians need to serve the people and not themselves, arguing about someones legitimacy is not going to fix the problems that we are having but it seems like no one is willing to understand that. Get irate over something that will do some good in this world, the madder you get at the nonsense the more drive you have to change it.

This has nothing to do with party and everything to do with patriotism and what is RIGHT and what is wrong.

he posted a FALSE birth certificate on his web site. ANYONE with a brain would question why? Some pretty smart people including DEMOCRATS had and have current suits in the Supreme Court.

Some day soon one of these judges will do HIS or HER job and he will have to comply with the constitution which he does not like to do. When that day comes and we all no the truth and people like you who refuse to call for his head is when all hell will break loose and people like you will go" what happened" "how did this get like this"

And remember the stain is on your hands for being treasonist.

I wrote the blog asking the question and only 2 libs answered half assed, so were having some fun, it happens on slow news days and when no one wants to debate. Most of the libs don't want to admit he's hiding something when hit with the facts. The libs in the media dismiss and ridicule us as birthers and no one asks them what I have and I doubt they would answer either.
