Who is better at making economic decisions: individuals or central planners (the government)?

indiviuals and the government are both responsible for screwing up the economy . if everyone took a class on economics for at least 3 months, the economy wouldnt be this bad. some say the govt was doing wasteful spending but i could say the same thing about my relatives and next door neighbors...

My answer, without a doubt is individuals. This has some mighty large implications, no?

Seems pretty obvious, in a country that cherishes freedom, the individual is better at making economic decisions.
