Miami Herald - A tourist visiting Miami Beach was shot and killed by a police officer Sunday, and family members say it was due to a grave mistake.

Miami Beach police said they were looking for a man who was reportedly walking with a gun about 4 a.m. near Washington Avenue and 15th Street.

Minutes later, a police officer stopped Husien Shehada, 29, a limousine chauffeur from Woodbridge, Va., who was nearing the end of a five-day vacation clubbing in Miami.

It happens to blacks and whites all over the country, I saw a Youtube vid of two cops that had a white man hand cuffed and flat on his face and not moving and a female cop who had a gun leveled on him in a nervous shaking hand pulled the trigger and shot him in the head. It was a local TV station and was not worthy of national coverage. No doubt because he was white, and I'll bet that cop is still working.

The link to the story is gone, hope this isn't a trend we are going to see, pay for the online news.

Well it was 6 months ago that the story took place, and to the miami herald this guy was just another nameless face that was shot by a cop. To me and the people that I have known for 16 years he was much more than that.

no thats not true.. its important to most how live and work in our citys the police are out of control almost everywhere the media and the powers that be are happy about the status quo because they live in there gated comunitys and the police treat them with respect...;and there children...
