This is wrong on so many levels. First I say the school officials should have been a little more discerning when acting on a tip. He said, she said-in a high school. Secondly they showed even worse judgement by not waiting for the parent of a 13-year old girl before they strip searched her. Regardless of their interpretation of the law, which apparently was deemed incorrect, you don't strip search a minor without parental consent. I would remove those directly responsible. I would have them removed even if the court ruled differently.
