Hard to judge most don't get caught, do you disagree that power attracts?

For sure power attracts. Look at the French president: he looks like a pimp, he's barely 4 foot tall and he married a top model!
But I agree with amnestymyazz: I don't think Politicians don't cheat any more than anyone else. They just are more exposed to the media than the rest of us.

GOB is right-power attracts. Politicians don't cheat any more than anyone else though. It's just that when some get caught, it makes news.

Why do politicians cheat? Well... maybe they are human beings too.

Power attracts women, and many times beautiful women, that the guy would not ordinarily attract. The power distorts the guy in that he thinks he deserves her. All guys would want to but would think what it might do to their marriage--sometimes, we are dogs after all is said and done.
