I live near a small rural town and I was in to get groceries. I asked 10 or 12 people what they thought about the cap and trade bill, not one knew about it. When I told them about it, not one was not angry about what they are doing. One lady said that old folks in town couldn't afford to run their air conditioners in the current heat wave due to the cost now.

I've done it elsewhere, you are right. It will also be like the porkulus bill, voted on without reading, IMHO a reason to impeach anyone who votes for it without reading it. It will cause unbelievable hardship on people allready suffering. Fixed income people the worst if you don't count the millions losing jobs.

What is wrong here folks? Not one comment on this 1200 page bill? Does anyone care that your average utility cost will climb by as much as $1700 a year over the next few years? No one? I sure as hell do, what is happening, Obama has gotten so many to drinking the koolaide?
