Global warming computer models gave unreproduceable results in other words are junk. These models are what Global Warming is based on. More and more scientists are coming to the decision no man made warming happened. The sun spot cycle is gaining ground and we are in a cooling phase.
World wide temps hace been falling for the past three years and this year is on pace to bring us below the average. The polar caps are growing, the northwest passage never materialized and is becoming more ice bound.
It is rather convienient for the global warming crowd to call world cooling and polar ice gains part of global warming when it fits with a cooling climate. How many years of cooling does it take before they say uncle?
I'm not sure I've ever typed the word "ignorant." Not part of my regular lexicon.
So I looked it up: destitute of knowledge; uninstructed or uninformed; untaught; unenlightened.
I can't say I have anything more than a passing knowledge of jeremy86's views, but they don't seem to meet that definition, imo. Not even close.
But if he ever stated he was certain of the correctness of his position on an issue involving facts and reason beyond the grasp of acknowledged area experts, on which even they disagree widely, then I think he might be nearer the mark.
Or, of course, he might simply be a liar.

If you really believe that we are the cause of the climate change, you are not looking at what the natural cycle of the planet goes through. You want to destroy the US economy to advance a cause that will do NOTHING to the planets temperature.
The only thing that your agenda will do is create billions to AlGore and GE, and send the Chinese economy through the roof.
But what of the fact the Ice Caps are actually increasing in size? Hmm, that's a puzzler. And that Global Average Temperatures have been going down. Defying all UN predictions.
Gee, if I didn't know any better I'd say Global Warming isn't real. But that's just crazy talk, Al Gore provides all the facts needed. Right? Why look at other sources? Or at the fact he refuses to debate anyone on the topic?
You believe in science which speaks to the greenie liberal in you. If you truly believed in science, you would be a little more skeptical.
On other sites we're debating various nuances of the question, like the conclusions from the 2008 round of the Copenhagen Consensus. Discussions of discount rates, inter-temporal utility and inherent thesis bias are on the menus there, and changing some reasonable minds in both directions, but here users are treated to the likes of this:

Yes, one of the faulty assumptions made by global warming doubters is that all warming would go upwards in a straight line, which shows a fundamental lack of understanding of the issue. Saying "boy, it was cold in Chicago today!" really doesn't prove anything against global warming.
Extreme or unusual weather conditions, hot & cold, dry & wet, are not only consistent with but predicted by theories suggesting AGW, and are further evidence those theories may be correct.

Global warming is a term that describes a drastic change in the temperatures of the Earth. Increased temperatures cause the ice caps to melt, which in turn floods the ocean with a great deal of cold water. This causes the ocean's currents to change. The change in the ocean's currents causes weather patterns to change. These changes in weather include increased rain, cold, and heat. . Remember, if the gulf stream changes drastically, those regions such as England that have enjoyed moderate temperatures will become far colder. The climate change may eventually tend toward a drastic increase in the overall temperature of the earth's surface. The point is, humans are contributing to the climate change taking place and as a result of that climate change thousands of species of plants and animals will go extinct.
