Flag Burning is currently a legal form of self expression; I happen to think that punching the guy in the nose who's burning it should be regarded the same way. I supported the Constitutional Amendment against it, but I know it is still legal. That flag stands for every man and woman who have died to keep us free and safe. I resent the hell out of anyone who would deface it.
Regardless, even if someone annoys you, defend their right to do so. When they usurp one person's rights, it's an assault on all of our rights.

A solider is a tool you are right , but when they photograph a dead solider or coffin and use it as a propaganda tool then its wrong

Actually it definately means they're more tolerant. They're nazis. They support the extermination of anyone who isn't white protestant. And my point is simply that everyone has the right to free speech. My problem is that you don't seem to care if republicans have their right to free speech revoked.

Stop! You're only trying to advocate freedom of speech that enforces your political beliefs. Don't you see that's not freedom of speech at all. In 1977 the nazi party tried to hold a rally in skokie illinois. The municipal government denied them a permit. The ACLU immediately went to court, protecting their right to free speech. It doesn't matter what you believe, what's the point of paying taxes if your not protected by the bill of rights? I would hope that if everything in this article is true, that the ACLU will come to the defense of conservative talk radio. Because no matter which way you look at it, conservatives view point is much more credible then that of real nazis.

Today they shut us up, tomorrow they'll shut you up. The First Amendment is in play for a reason: We have the right to criticize any government for any reason. Anything less and we are subjects instead of citizens. You're playing with fire.
If you don't care about freedom of speech get the hell out of this country and move to an Islamic country where they think like you or Venezuela which is a better fit communist and no freedom of speech.
That is exactly the problem.Those that do not see this for what it is,whether dem or repub.,are ignoring the facts and freedoms endangered here.Talk radio is simple to control,you simply change the dial.If there are those out there that need the gov. to do that for them,they are way to intellectually bankrupt to even be in the discussion.
if you shut the reps up on radio,theyre still gonna find a way to criticize the lifestyles of diffrent people. what diffrence would it make? like i said, i dont care about them limiting,censoring,or even terminating it. the sun will still come up tomorrow
If the American government is trying to phase out dissent by silencing media outlets, that's a real problem. Conservative talk radio is immensely popular, and the people who are featured on it (and by extension the people who listen to it) have as much freedom of speach as anyone. If the government can silece them, then why couldn't the government silence us? Everyone's constituional rights need to be protected by everyone else, regardless of political loyaltys.
