AOL News - Aug. 31) - A young woman who won over $3 million in the lottery when she was just 16 says she blew it all on wild shopping sprees, breast implants and cocaine.
Rogers, from Cumbria in northwest England, was a shop assistant when she hit the jackpot in 2003. Now 22 and the mother of two young children, she says she has about $32,000 left.

I do not know much about the welfare system in the UK. I do recall stories about how they treat illegal immigrants and it was funny. They provide housing, food and clothing to illegal’s waiting to be deported back to their native country. This wait can be many years as the system is overwhelmed. There was a mini revolt by those illegal’s because they were wanting the cash over the cloths etc. so they could purchase electronics and clothing that they felt was more in fashion. So maybe they do the same for the unemployed and impoverished too.
