Numerous militant groups in Africa are associated with a number of Middle East terror groups, and they did well stealing aid money and supplies. They are deemed threat on US documents. So are many drug cartels in Latin America who profit off our aid as well.

Obama is to blame as well. I never said he wasn't. I was just saying this issue is not new, that it has been continually overlooked again and again. Some people are like "Shock! - How could this be happening?" And all I am saying is 'wake up!' It has been going on since international aid has been going on. A fact of life in our crappy aid structure.

Bush sent Millions to Africa to help fight AIDs and was praised for it. Was Africa lobbing rockets at our allies?

I see you are now making this about Bush. When are you people going to realize that he isn't president anymore and take a little responsibility for Obama?

It's always point the finger at someone else with you guys isn't it?

Grow a spine and admit that Obama is just wrong.

Simply Google it. Are you so lazy you cannot look for information yourself?

Simply look at the food and aid drop programs in sub-Saharan Africa, where most of the supplies and medical items end up in the possession of armed terror groups. The same occurs with supplies in funds across Iraq and Afghanistan and even in Latin America with numerous drug cartels.

Bush sent millions to Africa, the Middle East and Latin America. Are you truly naive enough to think all that money went directly to helping the people and that none of it ended up in the wrong hands?

Obama knowingly sent Hundreds of Millions of our tax dollars to aid a country that relentlessly lobbed missiles and rockets at one of our allies.

If you have specifics then educate me on a past president that compares.

Aid money ends up misused by local leaders and those with power every time under each president in all regions of the world. It is a fact of the flawed system. Simply look at the history of aid in Africa, Southeast Asia, and Latin America.

It wouldn't surprise me a bit, considering how Obama sent Hillary to Hamas ruled Palestine with $900 Million of our tax dollars to help them rebuild so they could start lobbing rockets at Israel again.

Palestine didn't need our measly millions, other Arab countries sent them Billions. And now there are over 40,000 rockets and missiles pointed at Israel.
