Court rules ban on Ave Maria did not violate student rights

Everett Herald - Student filed suit over ban on instrumental version of Ave Maria, asserting violation of freedom of speech and violation of her religious rights. Two judges of the three judge 9th Circuit panel sided with the school district.

Well the only good thing I can see here is that the 9th circus court gets overruled by the supreme court more times than they are upheld. That is considering whether or not the supreme court will agree to hear the case.
