Ejected Kids Sue: Failure to Stand During God Bless America

AOL News - Three teenagers who say they were tossed from a New Jersey ballpark over their refusal to stand during the song "God Bless America" are suing the minor league Newark Bears.

The league says they offered an apology and free tickets to another game, but settlement failed when the league refused to pay the financial demand by the teens' attorney.

I hate to say it but I side with the kids but a lawsuit is way out of order. Had it been the National Anthem I would side with the stadium owners.
