Yahoo Finance - The loans would go to the fund maintained by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. that insure depositors when banks fail, said two industry officials familiar with the conversations, who requested anonymity because the plans are still evolving

Will this be the last loan? Is there a cap on the amount of banks that can be covered in a year or two? Two officials who can't keep a secret......or a leak to test the water before proceeding?
