Moscow Tells Clinton to Forget Sanctions Moscow Tells Clinton to Forget Sanctions

Submitted by hepsy | 6 months ago

blog.heritage.org - Secretary of State Hillary Clinton received bad news today in Moscow regarding her quest to secure greater Russian cooperation in holding Iran’s feet to the fire on the nuclear issue. Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, speaking after the meeting, said that “all efforts” should be made to maintain dialogue with Iran:
"We are convinced that threats, sanctions, and threats of pressure in the present situation are counter-productive."

Or how long to raise the white flag.

White flag, apology: neither bode well for US.
What's worth thought is the statement of the now Senior Senator in Congress (Daniel Inouye, D., Hawaii). Before meeting with McChrystal, he was uncertain about a surge in Afghanistan. Since then, he embraces McChrystal's strategy.

The name Clinton is as good as any BigHollywoodName.

What concerns me is, I don t know which is worse:
The thought of SomeCountry striking us: or
The thought of Obama in the Commander in Chief seat.

If Kim fires more missiles while the Navy is still practicing and those missiles have a longer range and strike SomePlaceUSA: How long will it take Obama to apologize?
