Reuters - Unfortunately for the White House, Treasury and Federal Reserve, two factors are somewhat in conflict. While creating jobs may be an economic and political imperative right now, it costs money, and there is a limit to what even the United States can borrow, spend and print.

China has more of our reserves to gain than just gold. US Federal Lands are rich in ore, gas, oil, etc. and China is an awakening giant with big bellies wanting to consume. Guess who s expected to assure consumer parity? That's in part why China hasn't called our debt.

China is in the process of taking our gold reserves for repayment on the debt. They are also following obamas lead in devaluing the US Dollar. They will then be sitting on a literal gold mine and we will be looking at hard times that we have never seen before.
