Doubt the accuracy of this study, but alot of folks changed their party affiliation after Bush Inc. screwed them. Somebody gets the McCainiacs out of the way and a Conservative headlines as our party nom, all those po'ed independents will pull the party of Lincoln out of Purgatory.

It doesn't really matter who or how many id themselves as dem or repub. The FACT is that in every single state,conservatives outnumber liberals by a wide margin.That is good news and thus the reason for Huff.Po. trying to paint a completely different slant on the story. It's called a controlled burn,trying to build the moral of the troops. Conservatives will vote out those who fail to represent their views,while the left just makes more excuses for the failure of their leaders to represent.

I don't believe this is true. I'd like to see the data and the questions asked. I've been polled before and the questions I was asked were so skewed that the pollster was sure to get the answers they were pushing for.

The republicans are finally feeling the wrath of their irresponsibility over the Bush years. See, when the republican party goes stupid, they get voted out. Stupidity and ignorance is a resume enhancer for the dems, i.e. Pelosi, Reid, Barny Frank, Rangel. The list goes on and on and on...
