I think they're mainly waiting on co-sponsors for the Senate version, but there is another (less favorable) version created by socialist Bernie Sanders.

I did not know this, and it if is for real, I will have a lighter view of the man. My question is this, what kind of audit would it be, and who would run the audit?

BTW, do Ron Paul and or Barney Frank have to fear for their lives for shedding some [unwanted] light on the fed reserve?

At least Barney Frank has assisted in getting Ron Paul's Audit the Federal Reserve Bill closer to becoming law. Barney is a statist, but he's definitely not the worst out there.
