Kentucky Joins Movement

InfoWars - In states around the country, there’s a growing movement to address and resist two of the most abused parts of the Constitution – the Commerce Clause and the 2nd Amendment. Already being considered in a number of state legislatures, and passed as law in Montana and Tennessee this year, the Firearms Freedom Act (FFA) is a state law that seeks to do just that.

How are the 2nd, 4th and 10th Amendments abused? Do you mean they are mistreated like an abusive owner to a pet?

"Nullification",it sounds great when talking of what has been coming out of DC for the last generation. The abuses and overreaching of the fed. govt. has got to be stopped and those pols. responsible chased out for good. I think we will be seeing more and more of this,and look forward to it.

The commerce clause and the 2nd are heavily abused, no doubt. However, I'd argue that while most of the Bill of Rights is highly abused, the fourth and tenth amendments are the most abused.

Well, maybe Kentucky's government isn't as lost as I thought. This is a big step in putting the National Government in it's place. Perhaps it will eventually return to a Federal Government.
