Well, if you want to be so doggedly literal, and obvious, and tiresome, it's in the last line of the piece:

'No, I don't think there's anything wrong with getting breast implants as a Christian. I think it's a personal decision. I don't see anywhere in the Bible where it says you shouldn't get breast implants.'

So...let me be clear...in Ms Prejean's view if it's not prohibited, it's permitted; the bible speaks in its silence.

On this interpretation the bible would allow a conservative troll to cast everything in such extreme terms that reason and honesty are left in the ditch, the cause is ultimately sacrificed, and the kids who did so much better in school end up on top, as perhaps they should.

I have nothing but admiration for Prejean standing up to the politically correct status quo and speaking her convictions even in the face of losing what she was competing for. That speaks volumes for her character.

That said, let's remember she was competing for Ms. USA and not Ms. Mensa. I don't expect her to hit all interviews on all cylinders.
