Reaganite - Such a Stalin-esque diktat like an individual HC insurance mandate -enforced with threats of fines and even prison-sentences- is of course an outrageous power grab, and completely un-American.

Obama has no authority to do this.... just like he had no power to fire the head of GM... but since when does legality weigh in any of Obama's actions?
