Bush Administration Works To Further Cripple The Economy Bush Administration Works To Further Cripple The Economy

Submitted by jdistefano | 1 year ago

International Business Times - The Bush Administration is working to finalize regulations to enforce a ban on Internet gambling despite concerns raised by leading financial service companies that the regulations are ambiguous, burdensome and not likely to stop millions of Americans from gambling online. It is expected that the regulations, issued to implement the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act of 2006 (UIGEA), will be finalized at the last minute...

i will feel empowered on january 20th, 2008. whether what i want gets done or not, thats another question. obama will have more weight on his shoulder than any president in recent history because he absolutely has ZERO room for error. he's the first black president so he carries that burden, he's the first democrat to carry the majority in 30 years so he has the burden of his party as well. this is the american people giving the democratic party a try out, giving them all the power to see what they can do and i honestly would not want to be obama at this moment.

So far the 2 independents are winning the arguement because they can think for themselves. They are not liberal puppets even thou they may have liberal leaning. They may have conservative leanings but they aren't gonna kiss Bush back end.
The bail out bill was bad as they have mentioned above.
Frank, Dobb and a host of other liars and robbers in the Democratic party sank this market. Theres video on line of them telling you that in there own words on the floor of the senate and congress among other places.
You two stooges would never admit that. It's wall street and main street. It's Bush deregulation right. The CRIME is that those same Democrats still have their seats on the same commity.
I'm willing to beat the two Independents will tell you the same.
The Clinton adminisration cut our military down, raised taxes and rode the IT boom. The IT boom grew so fast that they did not know what the value of those IT companies were or should be valued at so it just kept going up in value and the stocks went crazy. All other Industries except a few smart companies had to mix the books to make themselves look more profitable. During this time period and for years previous to Democrats have been pushing for stupid people to get homes. Why because it is a right of the socialist party. So Bush comes to office and protects the liberals who burn their own liberty and inherts 8 years of lies and sex.
Market figures out that liberals have given away the farm for their cause and millions of people lose their hard earned dollars.
Democrats than have the balls to say it's Bush's economy and conservative policy. To quote the not so great OBAMA "they must think your stupid."
I hope you learned something here because it is the truth.

I think it is hilarious that now that a Democrat has been elected president, Democrat voters think that they will actually have some control over the country. You feel empowered now, but just wait until you realize that in the end, Obama is just another politician.

The Republicans has similarly over-inflated egos in 2004. Karma bit them in the a*s, but that is nothing compared to what it will do to you guys.

This is your country, not a football game, people.

Actually, my idea is not to use a few bad decisions as an excuse to roll over into full-scale Communism. Communism isn't American. Arrogance and sovereignty is American.

Funny, I was under the impression that a Republican idiot got us in this mess in the first place.

The Republican idiot didn't cause the mess. The people who allowed the Republican idiot to do what he did (and continues to do) caused the mess.

voting for Obama to legally gamble on your computer doesn't make you a bad person. Voting for McCain would. Irresponsibility like that should be cause to revoke your right to vote. I don't think he can pass a driver's test anymore, let alone steer this country in the right direction.
