They are not second class under the law. They are citizens under the law. They do not have rights deprived of them. They can still marry. A boy can still marry a girl. Now, before you call the tyranny of a majority a crime, look at those who voted for Obama and those who voted for McCain. Here, one has 25 million people voting for a tyranny, voting for people who consistently won't agree with the idea's the voter represents. That is tyranny. Tyranny is voting for something you don't believe in. No idea prevails without the support of the majority. This writer of this story doesn't know their history. There have been many state constitutions that have taken away rights but have been deemed unconstitutional by the US Supreme Court. They are entitled to marriage. That part of life was not denied of them by the bible or by the US Constitution for that matter. As I am guilty of it as well, as it is much easier to do so, we should not promote sin.
