ABC - Incoming White House chief of staff Rahm Emanuel had a series of conversations with Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich and his top aide about possible replacements for President-elect Barack Obama in the Senate -- but he never discussed any possible deals with them, according to a report prepared by the Obama transition office and released today.

While clearing Emanuel and all other Obama aides of wrongdoing, the report also discloses that Obama, Emanuel and the president-elect's friend and adviser Valerie Jarrett were interviewed by the U.S. Attorney's office last week, though it gives no details of those conversations.

Yah, they must be relatively weary about Blago. If anyone thinks he no longer has cards to play, this is dangerous. The possibility exists for Blago to go Scorched Earth on Obama's Chicago Crue. All he needs to do is mix in some truths with some inflated accusations and at least Emmanuel's nuts will be in a vice. Why should Blago care if he goes down alone or takes people along the way? Watch Out for that wounded dog in a corner...

Nobody cares what your charade investigation "found", Barack- we'll wait to see what Rezko has to say to Fitz about your shenanigans with him over the 18 yrs, along with what's on the FBI's Blago tapes, and if Blago ends up singing, too... all bad news for you.

In the meantime, perhaps you can launch another "investigation" into why 3 news outlets and your own campaign manager said you met with Blago Nov 5th to discuss the seat... when you say you never did.

You might also want to check into who Blago's pepes talked to when they somehow found-out that you initially "would only give appreciation", then later "could provide a corp. BOD position" for his wife Patti (you rememember her, right? Your real estate agent when Rezko helped you buy that nice house?)... if it wasn't Rahm, then WHO was your liason that communicated the offer?

We are all also very curious what Blago's staff meant on the tapes that you, Barack Obama, had to "suck it up" for a couple years... Does that mean temporarily refrain from bribing, cheating, and stealing... Chicago-style?

You can keep your silly report, maybe use it to train that new puppy we've heard so much about. I can't wait till Sean Hannity gets his paws on some of those tapes, he'll have 'em on a loop, 24/7.

Something stinks when it takes this long for Rahm Emanuel two weeks to craft an official statement about his correspondence with that Pimp, Blago. If Obama gets rid of Rahm or Tron or whatever his name is, and Eric Holder, then I would say he has a good group so far..
