Hawaii voted seventy-odd percent for Halleluija, Praise Obama. Governor Linda Lingle does not have legal right to produce his birth certificate, and that is skewed to mean it exists.
If Supreme Court seriously looks at his credentials, I expect the State of Hawaii will produce a birth certificate for him, even if it is newly created.

This is new ground and theoretical at this point but would biden be president or is it a package deal? Maybe the Framers had it right voting separately for president and vice president.

Oh man, that is beyond a scary thought. I think it would be temporary, let's hope this is all part of an elaborate hoax which I'm afraid it isn't. Nancy would only be around long enough for a new election, but the trash that could be rammed through congress and be signed into law would send this country over the cliff.

He could be but He will say He was born in HI just as his "birth certificate"says.He would claim "I thought I was born in US" That will be his out. Then the Election could be declared void and I believe Nancy Pelosi would be president God help us if that happens.

He will be charged with a hell of a lot more than that. The source is weak, but then we can't expect the press to come clean on this. Would love for the Supremes to actually take a long hard look at this one way or the other, it seems to be the story that just keeps giving. If it's true the sh*t will hit the fan.
