What is interesting to me is that Daschle let another man pay for his car and driver for two years. Did he also buy Daschle little shiny trinkets? Did he dress Daschle in cute little outfits and take him to the finest restaurants?

I still don't get how we have a Secretary of the Treasury that is a tax cheat? He only paid 2 of the for years taxes and interest. Would we get the same treatment?

Bravo is right! Of all the appointments, this one was the one that got me just furious. He was sent packing years ago by voters in South Dakota that no longer had any confidence in him. Obama/Biden tried to bring him back for what I think was a payment on a political favor. If he was to be confirmed, he surely would have led us down the road to government managed health care if not a complete take over of the system. Not only does that not fix the problems with health care, it would increase the deficit spending by leaps and bounds.
