What is "rump-states"?

A rump state is what you have left after jacka$$ strips a people, and rebundles them to remake them into something new and wonderful that no one wants.

China is in its own mess. If this recycled article ever comes true, the new world order is going to need an industrial sized back brace or a set of herrington rods. Panarin is projecting Russia's situation on the rest of us. If China falters economically, the light coming from there will be aimed at their government in the form of pitchforks and torches.

China the backbone of the new world order? A country that has no innovation and cannot match Japan in production quality. China improves it's military apparatus by reverse-engineering American weapons. China gladly mingles with Rouge states like Sudan. China may be up and coming, but it will be a 100 years before it serves as any kind of backbone. The beaconing light that China is trying to shine right now is made out of lead.
