Daily Camera - Thousands of G-20 protesters jammed downtown London on Wednesday and some tried to storm the Bank of England, pelting police with eggs and fruit and rocking the barricades designed to control them.

Demonstrators shouted "Abolish Money!" and clogged the streets.

we have the technology in this day in age to remove the power from the rich....The top 1% own 80% of the world's wealth - how do you do that besides blame people for their bad choices in who they vote for, i.e. [McObamain], ABOLISH MONEY

Protesting has always been hip, it must be timeless.

Though, you are probably right... most of them have no idea what they are calling for, how it would be accomplished, or what it means for the world at all. They are a handful of power hungry leaders who seek out people who follow and are easily manipulated without asking too many questions.

Reminds me of the Greenpeace canvassers on the street... throw a question at them not in their training manual and they are completely lost!

Wow... 'abolish money' talk about going from one extreme to another. I'd wager none of the protesters have any idea of the specifics on the issues they are protesting. But hey... protesting is cool, it's the thing to do!
