DOW rallied above, but closed below that 8000 level, which is also a strong resistance, and was January's support.

We're still deep in the financial forest, for sure, and we should keep closing our positions with discipline, but it's always time to cheer advances in the American condition.

To think (and do) otherwise would be un-American, imo.
