AP - WASHINGTON (AP) — A federal appeals court ruled Friday that the Bush administration did not properly study the environmental impact of expanding oil and gas drilling off the Alaska coast and canceled a program to find new reserves.

Geez.....another Liberal Judge legislating from the bench.......if there have not been enough studies done in the last 30 yrs then htere hasnt been one done. What a freakin idiot judge, and he probably doesnt even live in Alaska.

I thought we had a Free Enterprise System, oh sorry I forgot we have a new Sheriff.
I thought The Dept of Energy was suppose to find ways to provide oil for this country so we would be less dependent on foreign oil?
