OK folks I am not one to air my dirty laundry, but like so many I too have fallen victim to the economy with lose of work and so on. I have found work but at a drastically lesser salary. When I was laid off in February, I cantacted my morgage bank Chase Home Mortgage and informed them of my situation. I requested assitisance under the Obama stimulis plan. They took my application over the phone. I checked back every two weeks on an update. Every time it was the same thing. "You have to wait your turn". Senven monts later I asked to be set up on an interim plane to keep out of forclosure. I was told I would need to pay over $10,000 up front or just waitr for my modification. Ok you want me to live mortgage free  fine. A couple of months later I demaned a soultion, I knew of others that had applied and had an answer, unfortunatly they were denied by Chase. Again was told to wait my turn. two weeks later I am served with an agressive foclosure notice.

When I enquired, I was told "Chase did not take any of the bail out so we dont have to assist you" or "Chase did not need the bail out so they paid it wall back".   People, here are the facts, Chase did take the bail out of an estimated $25 billion dollars worth. Chase did pay back some of it, but not all of it, they still hold an estimated $20 billion of the funds recived.

The question I have for Americans, do you know anybody that has applied and recieved releif from this so called bailout? If so were they approved for help?

I did a survey of over 22,000 (All numbers estimated) people who participated, 16,000 were out of work or took a pay cut to keep their job. 12,000 of those applied for some sort of releif from the stimullis plan not one recieved assistance. Here is the real shocker, out of an estimateed 22,000 people or housholds, not only did they not get help for the assistance, for those who appiled, but not on of the total participants knew of anybody who actually recived assistance to stay in their homes.
