What is this man trying to do? Create ethnic divid?

Eric Holder is proposing a the month of February set aside to commemorate black history. He seems to be ignorant of the fact that America is comprised of more races than an year holds of months. Unless, of course, he is suggesting an uprising of people who migrated, or were brought to America, from places other than Africa....
