Charter Communications poor customer service almost killed me when they cancelled my phone service during the most important crisis of my life – after being diagnosed with diabetes and a blood sugar level at 441. I could not call out, nor could my wife contact me that week during the day to see if I was alive. Poor customer service can be deadly. There ought to be a LAW against this!
