    I do not know what to make of it really, I’m very confused.
    But I do know that they are looking at a long period of social unrest and recession.

    I know nothing about their rules, but they appear strict. I could not believe they would send him to prison though.
    They are also having prison riots and their immigrant population is refusing to comply with these rules.

    He had to carry some signed form with him, explaining where he is headed, why and for how long. Did not have it with him.
    He also told me that they check on people who traveled abroad, to ensure they are self-isolating.

    My friend’s friend (they live in France) was fined (1200 euros) for breaking lockdown. They will send him to prison if he does it again. And he is telling me that Paris is a ghost town these days.
