Trump’s tweeting could ultimately unseat him from power, give him a PlayStation.

All President’s have the ability to pardon people. He can absolutely intervene in criminal cases. Although, tweeting an opinion is hardly intervening. Mayor’s of self-declared “Sanctuary Cities” intervene in criminal cases every time they harbor illegals aliens our law enforcement seeks. They are far more guilty than an opinion of a man made public on social media.

What about separation of powers, checks and balances, you know, that stuff? Is Trump Louis XIV or Haile Selassie?

Trump does what he likes whatever the circumstances. Nadler is itching for a round 2.
