I am surprised to read about UK election-US election comparisons. They are claiming that Johnson’s win is bad news for Democrats, to the extent that they are now doomed. However, I really cannot see many similarities.
Britain had Brexit, one of the main reasons why Johnson won, because working-class voters (who voted Brexit) felt betrayed by other parties. It’s apple and oranges. Furthermore, their style of socialism is different from that of Democratic socialists. It is more radical, almost Marxist. Finally Democratic candidates are not accused of anti-semitism, like Corbyn is.

I guess you read that on Breitbart and Fox News.
They are known for all kinds of nonsense, so articles like that one do not surprise me at all.
