He is morally bankrupt. So what did you expect.

100-year old Queen Elizabeth II is put in self-isolation because they do not want anything to happen to her…This smartass would want our loved ones to die for his own sake, while he will receive the best care in this world.

This is no different than Hitler’s plan to kill the sick and disabled.

These comments suggest that the over 70’s are ‘fair game’ for a bit of culling as the kids are our future, Jesus, rhetoric that continues to denigrate senior citizens with God like comments. So collateral damage is now the role for the elderly.

This guy wants the elderly to die to save the corporate profit.
But in case something happens to him…they will surely find a ventilator.

It has nothing to do with corporate profit. It has everything to do with all your neighbors and fellow Americans who are ordered home and can’t work. Are we up to 15 of the most populous states now that are completely shut down? Drive down any street and look at every business you see. All these places are closed yet the owners and employee still need to pay their bills and eat. Maybe you don’t live in one of those states or maybe you are too young to have a job. You clearly have little understanding of economics. You can’t decimate the economy of a country for a virus that is proving to have a much lower mortality rate than previously determined (and still dropping) and for which we are starting to have promising treatment. Small business needs to get back to work. Hysterical when the clueless are only good at spitting out the liberal talking points they hate so much. Corporate profits…what a joke.

Do not be so dramatic…They can all start working for Proctor & Gamble (sold enough toilet paper for another 100 years!).

I felt a jab in my heart when I read “it has everything to do with all your neighbors”. Oh yes…you expect me to believe that this privileged lobbyist cares about ordinary Americans and not corporations which are paying him.

What country you from Jace? I love how you hate capitalism but I’m guessing you’d be lost if your iphone didn’t exist. Funny how so many of you just regurgitate the ignorant anti-capitalism mantra while unable to live without the fruits of what you claim to hate.

You are both wrong…The way Patrick framed it is beyond sick. However, this is not about letting old people die or killing our economy. It is about striking a balance.

Agreed. There has to be a sensible balance but I keep remembering 2009 where we did nothing to disrupt our lives. I’m not buying the hype at this point and as more testing is being done in the United States, the mortality rate continues to decline.
